No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.  

A valid TikTok account and Internet access are required to participate. 

Please read these official rules (“Official Rules”), which are a contract, carefully before entering. This contract includes, among other things, a limitation on your rights and remedies, a requirement that – to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law – disputes between you and us be resolved individually, and a waiver of your ability to bring or participate in any class-action claim or class arbitration. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content.  The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, including  in Quebec, Canada. 

Potential winners and their Participant Content (defined below) may be featured or otherwise used by Sponsor. Notwithstanding any public announcement of a potential winner, a potential winner is not confirmed a winner and will not receive a prize until Sponsor verifies the potential winner’s compliance with the Official Rules, including completion of the prize claim process in accordance with the Official Rules and Sponsor’s instructions. 

1. Sweepstakes Description. This Stanley 1913 Gift Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by PMI WW Brands, LLC dba Stanley 1913 2401 Elliot Avenue, Floor 4, Seattle, WA, 98121-3300 (the “Sponsor”). Eligible individuals (see Eligibility requirements, below) may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the steps in the “How to Enter” section below and complying with these Official Rules (including the Submission Requirements section below) between September 16, 2025, at 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and October 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Entry Period”).  

2. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are at least 18+ years old (if a U.S. resident) or age-of majority in the their province or territory of residence (if a Canadian resident)  at the time of entry, who are legal residents of the 50 United States or DC or Canada (excluding Quebec residents) (the “Territory”) and who post their entry on TikTok using the Stanley 1913 Shadow Side Oracle Filter. Employees of Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and other agencies, suppliers, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, (collectively, along with TikTok, the “Released Parties”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void in Quebec, Canada and where prohibited by law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

Any reference to third parties in connection with prizes, third-party websites, or services are for reference and identification purposes only and not intended to suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Sponsor or this Sweepstakes. 

3. How to Enter. To earn an entry, during the Entry Period, you must follow @stanleybrand on TikTok and make a “Qualifying Post” which means you: (a) Record a five second to fifteen  second front-facing TikTok video of yourself using Stanley 1913’s Shadow Side Oracle filter during the Entry Period which shows the start and the results of the filter animation; (b)Tag @stanleybrand and, depending on your country of residence, include either the hashtag #Stanley_1913_Sweepstakes_US (for U.S. entry) or #Stanley_1913_Sweepstakes_CA (for Canada entry) in the accompanying caption text  (the “Required Tags”); and (c) post the video to your personal, public TikTok account. You will receive one entry for each Qualifying Post (an “Entry”).  

There is a limit of one Entry per person. Any subsequent Entry(s) will be disqualified and any person submitting purported Entries in excess of the above-stated limit may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A TikTok account can only be used by one person to participate in the Sweepstakes; the use of multiple TikTok accounts to enter above the stated limit is specifically prohibited and may cause disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Use of any robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or third-party entry method is prohibited and Sponsor may, in its discretion, void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any participant using such methods.  

Your Qualifying Post, your TikTok account associated with the Entry, any accompanying Entry copy, and all other accompanying or linked material (collectively, “Participant Content”) must comply with (i) these Official Rules, (ii) “Submission Requirements” detailed below, and (iii) the TikTok Community Guidelines, Terms of Service (US) for U.S. entry, and Terms of Service (Other Regions) for Canada entry to be eligible, and (iv) must be in the English language.

Total ARV (U.S.): $3,826 USD 

Gift card is subject to the gift card terms and conditions set forth by issuer. The prize is nontransferable and nonreturnable. The winner is solely responsible for any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, provincial, territorial and local taxes. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any prize or a component of any Prize with a prize of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award.   

6. Winner Selection, Odds and Notification.  

Canada: One random drawing will be conducted on or about November 15, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m. PT at Sponsor’s offices, under the supervision of the Sponsor, to select two potential winners, from among all eligible Canadian participants, subject to verification. The odds of winning the Canadian drawing will be determined by the number of eligible Canadian participants. A Canadian potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance in order to be declared a winner. 

United States:  One random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor to select two  potential winners, subject to verification will be conducted on or about November 15, 2025, following the Canada drawing. The odds of winning the U.S. drawing will be determined by the number of eligible U.S.  participants.  

All potential winners will be notified via direct message to the TikTok account associated with their Entry, within five business days following the winner selection and asked to provide their contact information to Sponsor. Participants must follow @stanleybrand on TikTok at the time of entry and through prize fulfillment in order for the Sponsor to communicate with the potentially winning participant privately to verify the winner and award the prize. 

In the direct message, Sponsor will ask for potential winners to provide their contact information (e.g., their full name and an email address for prize delivery). The potential winner(s) must respond to Sponsor in accordance with the instructions provided in the notification and within seventy-two hours or another time frame as specified in the notification and supply any information requested by Sponsor. It is the potential winners’ responsibility to set their account settings to accept contacts by Sponsor and to timely check their account for any comments, mentions, @replies, messages, or other communications from Sponsor. Sponsor will provide each potential winner with prize claim documents (“Prize Claim Document(s)”) via DocuSign that may include a declaration of eligibility and a release of liability and publicity. Winner must complete the Prize Claim Documents (including correctly answering the Skill-testing Question if potential winner is a Canadian potential winner) and return the same to Sponsor within the time stated in the communication or in the Prize Claim Document(s). Failure to timely respond or complete any of the steps set forth in the notification procedures above for any reason, including failure by any potential winner to notice or accept a comment, mention, @reply, direct message or other communication sent by Sponsor, may result in disqualification of such potential winner and determination of an alternate winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, nor for winners' submission of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within timeframe specified, or fails to timely return a completed and executed Prize Claim Document as required (or in the case of a Canadian potential winner fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question), prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. In the event of a forfeiture, Sponsor will attempt to contact up to a maximum of three alternate potential winners in order to award a prize, time permitting. The receipt by any potential winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. If a prize is legitimately claimed, it will be awarded. Upon prize forfeiture or inability to use a prize or portion thereof, no compensation will be given and Sponsor will have no responsibility or liability to that participant.  Any violation of these Official Rules by any winner (at Sponsor's sole discretion) will result in such winner's disqualification as winner of the Sweepstakes and any privileges as winner will be immediately terminated. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including interpretation of these Official Rules, determining the winner(s), and awarding of the prize(s). 

7. Rights Granted by You. By entering this Sweepstakes (except where prohibited by law), each participant grants the Released Parties the irrevocable, sublicensable, absolute right  and permission to use, publish, post, or display their name, Participant Content, photograph, voice, likeness, prize information, biographical information, any quotes attributable to them, any other indicia of persona, and any information contained in or submitted as part of their entry (regardless of whether altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, or used with other material in the Released Parties’ sole discretion) for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without any further obligation or compensation of any kind to them, anywhere, in any medium now known or hereafter discovered or devised (including, without limitation, on the Internet), world-wide, without any limitation of time, and without notice, review, or approval and each participant releases all Released Parties from any and all liability related thereto. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted in these rules and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use. 

8. Additional Terms. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, (1) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, (2) to disqualify any individual for any reason, including individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or violates any term of this Official Rules through multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering, (3) to seek damages from anyone who attempts to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, to the fullest extent permitted by law; and (4) Participants acknowledge that they have no rights whatsoever in or to Sponsor’s intellectual property, such as but not limited to the Stanley 1913 brand’s logos, trademarks and service marks.. 

9. General Release And Conditions Of Participation. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of Prize Claim Documents and are advised to obtain insurance where appropriate. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) Entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, garbled, unintelligible, damaged, stolen, non-delivered or postage-due submissions of Prize Claim Documents or other Sweepstakes-related materials whether caused by participants, wireless carriers, Internet Service Providers (“ISP”) or unauthorized human intervention; (b) any damage to a participant’s or other person’s computer system or digital device which is caused or occasioned by participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming a Sweepstakes Prize; (c) technical difficulties or failures of any kind including, but not limited to, lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet, digital device or wireless carriers, websites or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; (d) miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, dropped, interrupted, lost, non-delivered or misdirected computer, telephone, digital device, email, mobile or cable transmissions or hardware, software, program or programming malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind including, but not limited to: malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in transmissions or connections, phone lines, network hardware or software, computers, equipment, programming errors, cable, satellite, cellular tower, or ISP or wireless carriers; (e) any technical malfunctions, failures or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors in these Official Rules, any Sweepstakes advertisement or other materials or any Prize Claim Documents; (f) any errors or failures of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, interruption of power, digital, mobile or technical in nature, or unauthorized human intervention; (g) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering or hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, Entries that are submitted by automated computer programs or other illegitimate means; or (h) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture or loss of any information (including as a result of any filtering or other action by the TikTok’s platform's functionality which prevents Sponsor from accessing entries.).  

Prize Claim Documents submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating in the Sweepstakes and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each participant (and, if participant is a Minor, such Minor’s parent/legal guardian) hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, property damage, death and bodily injury (whether due to negligence or otherwise), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the receipt, use or misuse of any Prize. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any Prize, all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim said Prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim said Prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each verified winner hereby agrees and grants Sponsor the right, but not the obligation, to the use of his or her name, voice and likeness, along with his or her address (city and state) and any statements made by or attributed to such winner in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without notice, review or approval, in perpetuity and throughout the world for advertising, commercial and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes and other promotions without further compensation (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Released Parties from any liability with respect thereto. Caution: Any attempt to damage any online service or website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, Sponsor may disqualify any participant making such attempt and may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Released Parties and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and franchisees are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in participant’s email account, voicemail inbox, or TikTok account to receive messages. Released Parties and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and franchisees are not responsible, and may disqualify a participant, if participant’s TikTok account, email address, telephone, or other contact information does not work or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to Sponsor.  

10. Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the processing of entries;  or (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. 

Each participant understands and agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States are hereby expressly waived by him/her.  Section 1542 reads as follows: 

“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.” 

11. Disputes/Choice of Law.  

For the United States: Any dispute arising out of these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Washington without respect to its conflict of laws principles.  You irrevocably consent and waive any objection to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in King County, Washington, for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.  

For Canada, this Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of  the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of law doctrines that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. 

In addition, to the full extent permissible by law, you and the Released Parties each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to bring or resolve any dispute as a class action, class arbitration, or any other consolidated, representative, concerted, collective, or private attorney-general action (or to participate in any such action brought by a third party). Any dispute between you and any Released Party must be resolved on an individual basis. 

12. Privacy Policy. Information submitted with an entry will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available on the Sponsor’s Web Site: https://www.stanley1913.com/pages/privacy-policy. By submitting an Entry in this Sweepstakes, the entrant expressly agrees to the collection and use by the Sponsor,  and any other party acting as agent or representative of the Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, of the entrant’s personal information submitted in connection with such entrant’s Entry and participation in this Sweepstakes, for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes. This paragraph does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may separately provide the Sponsor, TMS or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of that individual’s personal information.
